Milkshake Momma’s roots run all the way back to 2019 when we were founded in a Alabama town called Ladonia as part of our Southern Roots Country Store and Cafe. That first store was born out of our drive to bring something special to our community. We refurbished an old motel and, once we were opened, the lines were out the door. Throughout the months, our Freak Shakes created a buzz around town, drawing in new faces and drumming up new business. Eventually, these shakes took on a life of their own, deeming our founder, Sylvia Nolan, as the Milkshake Momma. It wasn’t just the sweet tooth crowd we had hooked — it was those searching for authentic Southern-style comfort foods to fill their bellies, too.  It was here that we knew we had something replicable that could shake up any town we landed in. Columbus, Georgia is home to our second location, opened in 2020.
